F-106A 59-0021 of the 49 FIS Griffiss AFB, NY during a WSEMS load. Not sure what year, but this jet was with the 49th 1968 through 1973 when it crashed, and you can see that it is winter time in NY as one load toad (sorry, crew chief here haha) is wearing a parka while the other wearing bunny boots.
