57-2487 in the later blue/yellow markings of the 456th at Castle. This is a rather odd airplane, markings-wise. She has almost no stencil data visible, but what's there is factory standard. She lacks the ARR mod, which happened sometime in 1967, yet she's got the "0-xxxx" in front of her tail number, indicating she's at least ten years old, thus dating the photo sometime after 1 Oct 66. The 456th moved to Oxnard AFB on 18 July 68, becoming the 437th FIS at the same time.
