F-106A 56-0452, the 2nd F-106 produced by Convair at San Diego CA (was retained by the manufacturer) soon after it's arrival to the USAF at Edwards AFB, CA. Notice the pristine look, Wing Fences, old Canopy... all the original build aspects of the F-106 when first manufactured. 56-0452, like it's sister 56-0451 the 1st Six built, were Convair initially company birds.
