F-106A 57-2501 of the 102 FIW, 101 FIS Otis ANG MA was the last F-106 to leave Otis during the F-15 transition. It was flown out on 9 Feb 1988 by LtCol Townsend. Certificate and patch commemorates the event. The is certificate number 2 of 501 given to Rick Rizzo. The patch was designed by John Lombardo and distributed by the Squadron Flight Shop in Revere MA.
