Jayne Bowersox‎ found this pic of her dad “Sox” Bowersox and her mom Norma with the 48 FIS VW Bug at Langley in 1969. This car was passed down to the commander of the 48th when they served. Notice the patch for 48th on car door and “Sox” above the front window. She recalls the inside of the VW bug had a sticker that said Ejection Seat.
