Benjamin Donnelly writes: This picture is among the last taken of the 120th FIG's F-106s before the unit switched to the F-16A Fighting Falcon in 1986. In fact, Dad and I had just come out of the main hangar at the unveiling of the unit's first F-16 when he took this picture. It was a typical rather cold late winter Montana afternoon. (Note the C-130 in the left foreground, which was there to replace the unit's C-131.)
