In late May 2023 volunteers from the 62d Airlift Wing washed F-106A Delta Dart 56-0459 of the McChord Air Museum bringing the jet back to a “showroom shine” that hasn’t been seen since it's last wash in 2019 before the COVID-19 began. The museum and Ernie White, the Sixes Crew Chief at the museum, would like to thank A1C Serenity Williams from the 62d Aerial Port Squadron, Amn Christopher Betancourt from the 62d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, and AB Thomas Fritzen 62d Aerial Port Squadron for their support & willingness to volunteer!
