F-106B 57-2529 in the early 1970's while assigned as NF-106 assigned as a Test and Evaluation aircraft. This shot is at Edwards AFB in the early 1970's taken by Chuck Shotwell. Both 57-2519 and 57-2529 were put in storage as NF-106Bs at McClellan AFB CA in the early 1970s, and in the mid 1970s were used to repair crash damaged aircraft and were declared surplus and eventually dropped from the inventory.
