Reads 'Artists initial concept drawing of the F-106', although I'm not sure why he would have, or could have, used the tail number 56-0457 if it's an initial concept drawing. It's almost the same as another photo here of 56-0457 flying, which makes be believe it's more of a later drawing than an initial concept one.
