F-106A 58-0795 previously of ADWC Tyndall AFB F and F-106B 57-2513 previously assigned to AFLC with two Rockwell International B-1Bs of the Rockwell B-1B Aircraft Production Acceptance Flight Test Program on the flight line at Palmdale, CA. Date unknown, but with no tail flash painted indicates between tail flash color changes. The F-106s went through several versions of tail flashes with the B-1B program. 58-0795 has red striped drop tanks, which was the color scheme used with the red Chase tail flash, so this could be as they were changing to the red tail flash.
