This is about F-106A of the 438th FIS, 507th FW, Kincheloe AFB MI following a nose gear landing incident in May 1961 at Richards Gebaur AFB MO. Story by is the nose gear wouldn't come down because someone left a flash light in the nose wheel well and when gear went up it moved the flash light to a position that the nose gear hung and wouldn't come back down.
