Looks like the left forward rail still has the rail harness in place, and i would bet that the stinger pack is there as well. The rail up-lock position switch should be above the rail attached to the bulkhead - either forward of the center cross brace (The big triangulaur casting) or to the aft of it - still on the upper bulkhead.
