This is either 58-0774, 58-0783 or 59-0038 from the 194th FIS Fresno CA landing at Castle in Nov 1983. These were the three Sixes from the 194th that sat alert during that time for the 318th (2 alert, 1 spare).

The 194th came up from Fresno a few months before the F-106 Alert Close-out of the 318th FIS Det 1 at Castle AFB, CA that occurred on 30 Dec 1983. The last of the 318th jets left Castle in prep for the 318th's conversion to F-15's. Our 318th alert crews (me) remained, but we worked with the 194th jets and their backshop mechanics when necessary. On 31 Dec 1983 the alert duties were officially taken over by the 318th FIS's newly acquired F-15's
