This was a Japanese domestic release of the R-M, 1/48 kit from 2000. Same molds, just marketed by Hasegawa. Many made it to the USA, and I got my kit off eBay. 59-0057 with late, 318th FIS markings, and 58-0766 of the 159th FIS. As you can see, these were made my Aeromaster, and is identical to their set 48-509. The blue is a bit light for the FANG markings, but they are still a nice set.
