F-106A 59-0031 of the 119th FIS Atlantic City, NJ after pilot landed long and went off the runway overrun in June 1974. Firetrucks responding, clipping the wing tip of the wingman's jet. It is believed one of the fire truck driver was killed. CMSgt Allen Fisher was the project manager for the repair, hence the new nick name of the jet "Body By Fisher". [SMSgt R. Hensel collection]
