I flew the T-Birds at KI in the late 70's; 765 was my assigned tail number. Got a tour of the boneyard just before retirement while dropping off a B-52, and saw all three of our jets, 765, 586 and 604 all parked out there. Kinda sad.

I was on a weapons load crew in the late 1970s when our crew was assigned to the T-33 section as a part of POMO. Each one of our three-man crew was made assistant crew chief on the 87th's three T-33s and 765 was mine! Glad to see a pic of her after all these years.....
