F-106A 59-0069 on display at Griffiss AFB, NY in 1986 where it remained until 1994 when it was moved to Great Falls, MT and repainted in 186th FIS, Great Falls colors with tail number 57-2463 a 186th tail. 59-0069 ended up on the pole on display when in the Fall of 1986 it experienced a Trim Pad accident that broke the Main Landing Gears and was not worth repairing since it was coming to the end of her career anyway.
