F-106A 59-0069 in 2004 painted as 186th FIS jet 57-2463 on static display at Great Falls, Montana. After leaving the Griffiss AFB display location where it retained it's authentic 59-0069 tail number, It was repainted to 57-2463 to reflect the 186th FIS of Great Falls, MT. Later, sometime after this photo was taken but before Jun 2005, it was again repainted as another 186th FIS tail 57-2492.

27 Dec 2016: 59-0069 only bore this paint job for a short period of time in honor of our Chief of Maintenance who had once been the enlisted crew chief of 57-2463 (aircraft "07"). In fact, when this picture was taken, the left side was painted with 57-2492! When repainted for display, the "Big Sky Country" and "Montana" script was also changed to a more authentic font. Notice that the main and nose gear doors have not yet been installed. Darrell Anderson
