Byron John Heyroth was stationed at Ki Sawyer AFB from 1977 to 1982. He designed this 87 FIS license plate and still has all the letters from commander and top three during the approval process. He was a Crew chief for a short time then moved over to Deficiency Analysis before going over seas in 1982.
