F-106A 59-0032 and 59-0035 of the 87th FIS K.I. Sawyer AFB MI soon after the 87th relocated from Duluth AFB WI replacing the F-101 equipped 62d Fighter Interceptor Squadron and before changing the tail flash to the Red Bull. This photo is probably in 1971 as the Red Bull tail flash came soon after the 87th relocated to K.I. in 1971. Notice the different tail number sequences between the two with 59-0035 having the newer and 032 the older.
