It probably IS Steve. He later made quite a name for himself down at NASA's DRFC (now the Armstrong FRC) as a flight test pilot. This really looks like Steve Ishmael. Steve was a Fresno pilot and later went to NASA down at Edwards AFB as a test pilot.
