F-106A S/N 57-2482 of the 186th FIS Montana ANG, Great Falls, Montana, had a landing accident on 29 May 74 and was repaired to fly again until it was shot down as a QF-106 drone S/N AD191 with an AIM - 7M on 20 Aug 96 at Tyndall AFB. This was the 86th F-106 produced and was delivered to the USAF in July 59.
