Revell 4083 in 1/144 scale from 1989. 58-0786 from the 159th FIS. Yes, they are the wrong shade, yes, they are minimalist at best, and yes, the kit has issues. They are close enough though, and it's a fun little kit. If one is creative you could find more accurate 1/144 scale basic markings, and paint a tail design yourself. Lot's of possibilities. (Yes, there ARE aftermarket decals, AND a resin cockpit set for this kit!)
